First impressions are important and can be the difference between getting hired or not. Confidence, preparation, and appearance go a long way in the eyes of a prospective employer.

Attire

  • Wear a professional shirt or blouse; jacket and tie are optional
  • Be sure clothing is an appropriate length and fit
  • Avoid jeans, sneakers, and flip-flops
